Saturdays.
New Saturday routine:
- Sleep in (until 10:30am) from being out late the night before and/or to make up for getting 5 hours of sleep during the weekdays.
- Since I discovered I feel sick if I work out on an empty stomach, I eat 5 pretzels and drink water for breakfast.
- Brisk 1 mile walk to my kickboxing class.
- Kickboxing class at noon.
- Lunch = frozen yogurt at 16 Handles.
- Try to accomplish something during the next 5 hours.
- Splurge on dinner (money and calories).
- Imbibe copious amounts of alcohol in the name of city nightlife.
- Grudgingly take a cab home (assuming it’s after 1am)
- Think about how Sunday will be much more productive.
