Saturdays.

New Saturday routine:

  1. Sleep in (until 10:30am) from being out late the night before and/or to make up for getting 5 hours of sleep during the weekdays.
  2. Since I discovered I feel sick if I work out on an empty stomach, I eat 5 pretzels and drink water for breakfast.
  3. Brisk 1 mile walk to my kickboxing class.
  4. Kickboxing class at noon.
  5. Lunch = frozen yogurt at 16 Handles.
  6. Try to accomplish something during the next 5 hours.
  7. Splurge on dinner (money and calories).
  8. Imbibe copious amounts of alcohol in the name of city nightlife.
  9. Grudgingly take a cab home (assuming it’s after 1am)
  10. Think about how Sunday will be much more productive.
